Reset: Mid-Day Mindfulness/Stress-Relief doodle activity

Are you a busy working parent/professional struggling to find a few minutes during the day to let go of some stress? I think that describes all of us! This class is designed for you, where you can hop on a quick 15 minute zoom class during your lunch break, and I'll run us through an easy mindfulness doodling activity, no skills needed.

These will be offered during typical lunch time breaks, where you can join from the comfort of your office or quiet of your vehicle and still have time to eat your lunch. Here's how it works:

  • The cost is $15 for 2 classes in a week, which currently run on Tuesday and Thursday (more days can be added soon, such as Monday and Wednesdays).
  • Payment due by the Friday of the week before, and then you'll receive an email with the zoom links for the classes the next week. You'll also receive any PDF page to print out with the guide for the activities, if using one that week. 
  • All you need to do is print out the paper before the class, bring a pen, pencil or other writing utensil, and join at class time.
  • You will be more than welcome to keep your cameras and microphones turned off and simply join in and follow along, giving yourself just 15 minutes to unwind before you head into the busy afternoon!
